Off site from Dec 4 to Dec 11 with 5yrs old

We are thinking of staying off site as we think that kids might not be able to take advantage of late opening of attractions as they usually get tired, under normal condition and go to bed at 7:30pm. Could you please suggest any properties that are reasonably priced and close to WDW. I am thinking of renting car. A small kitchen, just like in Extended Stay, would be good. Please help.

these are all timeshares - just don't agree to their sales pitch - these are cheaper to stay 7 days (Sat or Sun)
