Of the monorail resorts - Are there closer rooms to the rail to request??

We are thinking of changing our reservations to that of a monorail resort. Not sure which of the 3 we want to stay at yet. Are there rooms/buildings in each report that are closer to the monorail? If we are going to splurge for one of those resorts, we want to be fairly close to the monorail. Thanks!

At the Poly, Rarotonga is right next to GCH. We had a room at the end of the hall (GCH side) that was literally steps from the door of the GCH where the monorail is located. So convenient to restaurants, pool as well. At GF, you don't get closer than Royal Palm Club (RPH) which is located in the Main Building where the monorail is located. We stayed in an outer building, Sago Cay, which was a nice location. CR you would need to stay a Tower Room.

At the Poly, we stayed in Samoa and thought that was very convenient to the GCH to catch the monorail. For the GF, the closest would be RPC (main building CL) since the monorail is located on the 2nd floor of the main building. We've also stayed in the SL building (outer building CL) and Big Pine Key, and while RPC is the closest, we didn't find it bad or too far away being in an outer building. For the CR, you would need to be in the tower to be close to the monorail, as the pp stated.

If you stay in the Tower at the Contemporary, all rooms are an elevator and escalator ride away from the monorail. You never have to leave the building.
