Odds of getting AKV Club level at 7mths?

I will be making my ressie using developers points. It is my understanding that you can only make a ressie with these at the 7 month window.

Not really as I'm more determined than ever. I'm going to buy in 25pts so I can at least be on a level playing field at the 11mth window.
