... but what does the back end of the bamboo dividers look like? Is it possible to turn them around so you can just see the bamboo and not the masks? Any screen shots would be appreciated.

Yes,you can turn the bamboo dividers around and just see the bamboo without the masks.

You can't stack them, but you could stack one layer behind the other on crates and such.
