When is the best time to go in October for crowds and weather???

I would also like to know this! I was planning on going from the 16-23rd, with Sunday being the only "weekend" day in Disney. Hoping to see both the fireworks and Fantasmic in the same night...

Earlier is better.
Except for the first night of the Halloween Party, that day got an extra burst of people last yeay. But as the month goes, crowds grow and it gets cooler and possibly wetter.
