Hi all,

Trying to sneak in a quick visit next month as an early present for DDs 7th birthday and to validate APs and just to see DLP at Halloween!

What should we expect weather wise? We plan on visiting for 2 nights Mon - Wednesday Oct 22nd - 24th. Will it be crazy busy? Or are we safe midweek?

We can get Explorers for €150 or Kyriad for €230. Which would you prefer?

Do more kids dress up at this time of year? Will have to frantically search for DDs dresses and check sizes since her last growth spurt!

Do we need to bring anything to get our temporary CEM APs changed to permanent ones? How long is the wait time for getting them changed and is there a good time to go to the desk, also which one? Donalds desk or the AP office?

Of course there is a catch to all of this.. It hinges on me getting free flights for the dates we want (due free flights from my phone company for being loyal!) Will know for certain in the morning so aswel as your gratefully appreciated advice and opinions please cross some fingers for me too!

Thanks in advance and apologies for all the questions! :yay:

some Uk schools are off that week, but it should not be that busy, you miss the French schools holidays. Its usually a couple of degrees cooler at DLP than it is here in October.

Explorers with young children, no question :).

my DD took Halloween costumes at that time of year, we had little Halloween deelybopper headbands she wore from Tesco too.

you need the passport of each person who is getting an AP, and you all need to be present. Try Donalds desk first, its always quieter than the AP office. If you need to go to the AP office in the park, you may be in there an hour if its your first annual passes, as all your details have to be loaded onto their computer system. It might be less time though, and Donalds desk is very small so if thats open it won't take so long.
