October Waitlist

So, what do you think? I am going down September 29th - October 6th. We are staying in a studio at SSR on the 29th and then a one bedroom at SSR the 30th thru the 6th. I have been put on a waitlist for the 30th - 6th at BCV, BWV and VWL. Do you think I have a chance??? We have only stayed at OKW and SSR, we definetly like OKW the best out of the two of them, but figured if we could get something totally different then we would keep SSR since it was the only studio available. Is anyone else on a waitlist for theses dates???
I have never been to WDW this time of year, any pointers?? How busy if the Food and wine festival???? Thanks in advance for your response!

Last year we got a 2BR at the BCV on one days notice after being on the wait list for months for the same time you're looking to go. Once we got inside seven days we called to check every day and sure enough, something opened. My point is that you never know and you need to keep checking even inside seven days when the wait list expires. Good luck.
