October and part of November hours are posted!

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

I just checked the calendar and saw that POTC, Fantasmic and the Hyperion Theater (Aladdin show) will all be closed while we are there in October.

That sucks. This is our last trip as AP holders for awhile and I was really looking forward to those three things. Not that I haven't seen them many times this past year, but still..... (pouts and stomps)

Well, whatever. At least we'll be at Disney. Guess I should just be thankful for that.

OH! I wanted to ask about the parades. There are no times listed for them yet. Does that mean they will have them and just post the times later on? Or are there no parades then either??? Thanks!!!

Parades won't be listed for a while. But rest assured there will be parades. I'm glad to see POTC won't be down when we are there.

However, we must be early for the Fall Breakers because we have shorter hours the four days we are there than the next week.

Bah what the hell! We were staying an extra night to stick around on a Friday to catch Fantasmic, and now it's down. I don't know how I'm going to break this to my boys. (two adult males, my best friends, not my children, haha). Nothing we can do now, the plane tickets are already booked. At least the mark twain riverboat will be up. I've only been to DL once, when I was 10 (13 years ago) and I remember being suuuuuuper dissapointed it wasn't up at that point.

I'd probably be in tears if Pirates was down the week we're going (for now, it seems to be safe).

Yea we all pretty much knew about Fantasmic going down after Sept. POTC on the otherhand was a shocker for me. At least I can catch it 2 of my 7 days! :thumbsup2 Since you are going to be around on the 10th check out the Halloween Party instead!

I find no information past Oct.31st, on which day, POTC is still closed, maybe it will reopen before November? if I can find the date to which it is scheduled to reopen, I shall post it. I may have seen it elsewhere, somewhere, on this site.

OMG! this is so annoying, not even google, can you find that information,o.k. I will just have to call tomorrow, for if I call DL today, I will only get an operator, and they do not always know the answer to your question.

There are no parades listed from late September either - is that usual ? Is it fair to assume that there will at least be fireworks on weekends ?

They don't post those this far out.....

Oh my.

I am so heartbroken that Hyperion Theater and F! will be closed. Seriously. Heart. Broken.

At least POTC is open.

I am so sad, you have no idea. When I was there 2 years ago, I didn't even KNOW about F! and DMIL for some reason thought my 35 mos-old-at-the-time wouldn't enjoy Aladdin. Who knows when we'll get back, and as PP said, this is the end of Aladdin. :sad1:

But no F! even on WEEKENDS?! Not even ONE SHOW PER NIGHT?!

Yea they said that they were replacing the projectors with new High Def projectors for the water curtains!:thumbsup2 When it's done it should be even better than ever!

O.K. I just called GS, at DL, and they do not have an end date, as of yet, for the re-opening of POTC, nor was it known, as to the reason for the refurb. it had just been stated that because it is the busy season at that time, that it is believed that it will not be closed down for too long. Sorry I tried........ :(
