Hi everyone,

I retired on Aug. 1 as planned, then we had a 10 day trip to MI (where my husband is from). Yesterday I joined Facebook, as I had promised various friends and family I would do after I retired. So if someone could clue me in how to join the Facebook group for this cruise, that would be great. I am listed on Facebook as Elizabeth Keast.

We are leaving on Sept. 3 for a road trip to Disneyland, where we are staying four nights at Paradise Pier, Sept 5-9. Then we move on to Las Vegas for three nights, then home. After that it will be less than a month until we fly to FL.

Still haven't reserved a rental car, as all coupon codes for National seem to only be good for rentals starting by Sept 15. Any help appreciated.

Sorry I've not been good about particating on the thread -- thought I would have more time after I retired, but so far not the case!

The calender is finally ticking down. We are getting excited. Just a few more thousand dollars and we will be set.

Hey everyone! Hope I'm in the right place. I have tried to access the board several times and gave up when I couldn't find my way around. LOL! We are cruising Oct. 20th on the Fantasy. It will be myself, my husband and our 3 girls. We are super excited as it is our first Disney Cruise! I also noticed that there is a post above about a Facebook Page for this specific cruise. I had tried to find one on several occasions with no luck. Hopefully you guys will help me out with this. As I feel very unprepared.

Hi, again, Heather. I will add your info to our main page. On that first page is information about what a FE (Fish Extender). It a fish-shaped note holder outside of all of the cabins.

Onboard we do what's called FE gift exchange, which is like a "Secret Santa" sort of thing. If you would like to sign up, please let me know by September 5th as that is when we will be closing in the sign up. But check out that first page for more info. And if you still have any questions, please let us know and someone here will try to answer them for you.

Hi all!! Hope you're having a GREAT weekend....I wanted to make another call out and see if anyone wanted to join in the "Secret Mickey" exchange.....especially those of you not interested in doing the FE......

"Secret Mickey" is a one-on-one gift exchange between participants. You would receive someone's name, gender, age, cabin number and 3 things that person likes. Favorite color, hobby, sports, etc.
You will buy your "Secret Mickey" 3 gifts, totaling no more than $25 combined. You will deliver the first 2 gifts at your leisure, (usually via the Stateroom Host/Hostess). I have found mine in my bed, and hanging from my FE.
The last gift is given during a "meet" where you"ll reveal yourself to your "Secret Mickey" on the last day of the cruise......
Remember...... Someone also has YOUR name and you will be receiving gifts from someone too.....

I have some names, but it's not enough at this point. I just wanted to check in since we have so many new people who have joined lately. I'm hoping that some of the new comers will want to join "Secret Mickey" as well so we can move forward with it.

Please let me know ASAP and I can put the list together and send everybody their email with their secret Mickey by next weekend. Thanks everyone!
