October 15-19 shows/parades

Hi !!
My friends are taking their first trip to Disney.
Will they miss out on a lot of shows and parades during this week?It is a Sunday -Thursday stay.
I have never been at this time of year and was hoping they wouldn't miss too many of the shows/parades during this time.

The October calendar isn't up yet, but if it's like September, then Fantasmic, and the Fireworks will only be on Sunday night of your trip. The Dreams parade at DL will be running once a day. I think Block Party Bash over in DCA may only be on weekends I'm not sure.

The previous poster is right. Since it is off season, the fireworks are only on the weekends and there are fewer show. The benefit of the off season is not having to wait in lines so much. Even thought the park hours are shorter, you can get more done.
