My dd had her 2nd ever piano recital today, and she played "It's a Small World". She did great!

The weather here was cold...But we did get our pool opened and the heater up and running maybe the kids will be swimming by next weekend...

This is our second cruise, we did the 2006 7 night Lattitude Adjustment Cruise (our first) and already adicted. We loved it.

Hello BigRed's Mom/Danzer45...Welcome aboard! and Thanks for your prayers and thoughts...Just for an update: I am now working with discharge manager at hospital and to place Dad in a facility. I was hoping assisted living would work for awhile, but I have been told we need to used a skilled nursing facility instead... It is amazing how quickly a life can change! Dad was still driving and living alone about 10 days ago and now here we are headed to a nursing home! Jeeesh... I know it is the right thing to do for Dad's well-being, but it still is hurtful for me... Thanks again to all you Parrothead Pirates for the thoughts and well wishes...

Dance with me! I'm in the single digits for our WDW trip! YAY!!!! We have not been to the parks since Dec '04, so we are REALLY looking forward to these 10 days! Never stayed at POP before, but have not read one bad thing about it! We have never flown on Alliegant Air before, nor out of this other airport, or into Sanford. All kinds of NEW stuff for us this trip! Have the dining plan, and have all our ADR's made, just hope we will be happy with all of them. We chose some places we have never been before. We are also looking forward to all the new rides and attractions! People will say, "your going to Disney, AGAIN?" "well, Yeah, we are! There are so many new things to see!!" SOME people just don't "get it"! LOL

Well, I better get busy with my day. I am already here babysitting, but I think once he gets up, we'll head to my house for a bit. I am SO far behind in the packing! ALTHOUGH, it might be a good thing! The less time I have to pack, the less I might decide to pack!

To those Birthday's I missed.... !!! To those feeling under the weather, I wish you a speedy recovery!! It's no fun!!! I hope this finds the rest of our fellow cruisers Happy and Healthy!

Oh my gosh you must be sooooo excited.. I wish our disney trip was here. We just had to cancel our trip for June to Marco Island so I am not very happy. With the wild fires and DH having to have surgery it just was not going to work out.. THe timing thing you know..

I think people who don't love Disney like we all do ..just plain don't get it. We are going for nine days in Sept. and every says to us didn't you just go there?? I know but we love it.. That is why we own the DVC and have added on three times this year alone..LOL!!!

Where are you eating while you are there??

I can't wait to see your pictures..

JUST AN FYI Carol will be away from May 31 till June 16th if anyone of you are thinking of transferring your ressie to her or need to contact her she just sent me and email informing me of this. She is going on the Med. cruise..........

Is anyone keeping up with the Live from the Trans-Atlantic crossing thread? A couple of nights ago, they had a Jimmy Buffett party in the Quiet Cove / adult pool area. It was such a success, they are going to have another one! Maybe we should let them know we would like a Parrothead Pirate Party as well.....with margaritas!!

Haven't checked it in a couple of days, but will have some time tonight. Here's hoping for that Jimmy Buffett party!

Have fun, Michele. We've done a cruise and WDW last 3 years running, so we are taking the year off and doing something different. We are going on a New England fall foliage trip this October. Then back to Disney next year!!

Well hello, sorry I haven't been around in a while. The weather has finally decided to bring us sunshine so I have been busy working in my garden this weekend. I figure if I keep myself busy then time will go by quicker. I had no idea waiting for this cruise would be so painful LOL.
I've noticed a few more families who have joined us here and I wanted to say hello to them. Can't wait to meet everyone on the cruise. It will be so much fun.
I have been reading the LIVE trip report from the med and I feel so happy for them that they seem to be having a great time (who wouldn't?). Anyway sorry for taking so long. I'll try to pop in more often LOL
