Hi all! I found y'all!

Hey Pinky, At the end of the last thread you said something about it being summer and no too many people posting. I don't know about everyone else, but for me, after school starts, you can pretty much kiss me goodbye. It is just such a busy time for me, and Mike won't be traveling nearly as much, so busier I'll be.

LOL and for me it's the opposite, I'm here more when school is on again LOL

Good Morning!

Got a question for those living in the LA area... my friend who's son is having the transplant (surgery still going on, it can take up to 16 hours!) is trying to find some kind of housing near UCLA. Do you know of any discount type medical housing or something near the hospital? They will have to be there for a few months, and man oh man are prices tough! Combined with keeping up with their mortgage... yikes!

Anyway... I knew that there are some from CA on here so thought maybe I would ask. they hadn't had much time to plan... he was only listed a couple of weeks ago, and it was a quick listing as his liver was SO far gone.. usually it takes months and even years of waiting.

Thanks for any ideas...

OH MY.....and lest we forget dessert............ You remember the stuff I told you would put a healthy person in a diabetic coma????? Here it is in a souffle cup, like the Palo Chocolate Souffle, IT"S BETTER THAN THE SOUFFLE!!!! Especially with a big dip of vanilla ice cream!!!!!

Ok sorry to post so late but I was wondering what excursions everyone was considering for St.Thomas and St. Maarten. This is our first 7 day cruise and Im not sure If/Which excursions we should book. Keep in mind we have a lil guy who will be 3 at the ship sailing; so I do know that there are many things that we cannot participate in or do, but I was just curious as to if there was anything worth getting off the ship for (besides shopping)

In St. Maarten they have the Butterfly Farm and Zoo that your son might like going to!!!
In St. Thomas they have Coral World which I'm sure your little guy would love!!
