I just went back and reviewed the web site and now I'm thinking that maybe I should have planned this on my own. This tour includes a lot things (golf course, schools, rich vs. poor neighborhoods) that I really wouldn't care to just skip. This is what I'd like to do: get off the ship and ride the skyride up to Paradise Point for some photos. Then off to Charlotte Amelie to look around for a short time. Then catch a taxi to Coral World and ask him to drive by Moutain Top on the way and let us get out for a few minutes there. Then taxi back to ship. What's everyone's opinion of this? Is there anyone on here who is planning some of this stuff on their own?

Okay guys......I know that it is late in the game to be changing plans, but I just did. I just booked Coral World and Island Drive through the ship. The ship's tour includes Mountain Top at it is admission to Coral World for $41.00. Godfrey was $25.00 not including the $19.00 admission to Coral World. Now granted the Godfrey tour includes a lot more, but not things that I was particularly interest in. We will arrive back at the ship a noon and then we will ride the SkyRide up to Paradise Point.

Now I have to go e-mail Godfrey Tours to cancel. I bet I get a response to this e-mail!

CRUISE QUESTION!!!

Bridge Tours....how old do you have to be? Do you have to schedule it? Where would I do that? We thought it might be a good idea for Connor's science project. He could maybe find out some of the logistics of how the ship runs.

Not sure if this has been answered yet.... Bridge tours ended when the fitness area was expanded to take the area where the bridge overlook was. Look here: http://www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com/cruise/deck9.htm The area that says overlook is now part of the fitness area. This was done a couple of drydocks ago.

Gail- You really got me to thinking...your a bad influence on me I know that Godfrey tours are a good and reliable source (only from the lovely people on here) but I started to get worried about Chris and doing the LONG tour thru them...with like you said...places that are not of very much interest to us. I really only wanted to do Coral world Myself and so thanks to you...I went to the Disney Cruise line website and decided to book thru them. Its earlier than what we would have gone but I think that Chris will do much better because it isnt all day long and its to a place that he will love (he loves Fish) so we will be with you on the Disney Excursion...Hope you dont mind

Ok So I havent gotten any house packing done Although I have used the Washer and dryer for the first time today!! I almost have all of my laundry done...gotta go stop by one more time before we leave DMIL'S house (we are eating dinner now) but that is one thing that I am glad that I got done before we left so that I dont have it waiting looming over my head for when we return...and since we were at the new house today anyways it helped to get that done

I am hoping to pack up some of Chris' room tonight and tomorrow Well I hope all is doing well...I am here reading while munching down on chicken and rice

Oh goody, goody......I sure don't mind that you booked it. I was hoping that someone on here would be on teh excursion with us. In fact, if you guys want to tag along up to Paradise Point, you would very welcomed. We aren't going to stay up there long. Since the Coral World thing is over at noon, we figured we would eat at the restaurant and do a few pictures. There is a bird show at 1:30 then the kids can get their pictures taken with a Parrot on their shoulders. That would be too cute for the scrapebook. Especially with us being the PARROThead Pirates.
