I hate to bring this up again, last time I promise. I haven't made my t-shirts yet, haven't had time. But I am wondering if anyone is up for moving the t-shirt pic to Monday or not. Cuz if it stays on Sunday, I will probably just not make the shirt, since there is quite a bit of stuff to do on Sunday, and I don't know if I can make noon that day.

Hello all! It's been a crazy day!!!! Went to 830 service, got home a little after 930, went with Colton and Steve to get haircuts, then to Bob Evan's for brunch. Home to get dressed for football, and off to the games. Stever worked the concession stand for the last game, the boys and I just watched the B team play. THEN, we stopped at Mi Pueblito for dinner, home to gather the garbage and get showers. Needless to say, we are beat, and I am sure we won't be on here much longer. Of course, being gone all day, we have NO Packing done!

Kristin, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Allen, thanks for the update on the Bridge tours. I think we'll stop at guest services and see if they might be able to help us come up with something to cover Connor's science project.

Did I miss anything else...I just breezed over the last few pages, and I know I skipped a BUNCH of pages!

Maureen, check your bottle of sunscreen for an experation date. All bottle are now required to have one. If there's not one, I would buy a new bottle. And really, for the few dollars a new bottle costs, I would just get a new one. I have 4 new bottles that I am bringing! LOL Colton burns VERY easy, so he needs 60spf, the rest is 30 for the rest of us. But after hearing Erika, I might use the 60 on all of us! We'll see!

Shauna and Gail, I am sorry to hear you won't be on the Godfrey Tour!!! I was looking forward to it! I think it will be interesting to see all the different sights.

Okay, I am off to get the boys ready for school tomorrow and get myself ready for back to work!

Have a good night!

Thanks, for the Birthday wishes Michele!!!!!!!!!

I just tracked my package and it has arrived at the port. Everyone should be getting a FE gift from me. :rotfl: :rotfl: That stuff is mostly what I shipped.

I will tell you guys that I have bought those glow necklaces for all the kids and they won't fit in my bags or in the FEs I will lean them up agains the wall right there in the door facing. I just hope sticky little fingers passing by leaves them alone.

I will also tell everyone that I am delivering on Sunday morning and will probably be doing it early so if you hear someone messing around your door, please don't call security. It will be me and Merkie and Merkie does nothing quietly.

Either day is fine with me. I didn't booked anything on the ship this time, no spa, Palo, etc. Merkie really didn't care much for the kids club on the last cruise and I promised her that this one would be all about us. So, the only way I wouldn't be able to make any certain time is if DCL decided to surprise us with a showing of HSM-3!!!!!! I know that's wishful thinking.

Thanks you, thank you,

You guys/gals can take alot of the credit. Now working on 2000:confused3

Hey, you need to get that before we leave on this cruise. That would get us to Chapter 15 for sure.

Sorry I zoned out there for a little bit...I ran back over to the new house to get our laundry from the washer to the dryer...We will be going back over there in a few because mom is making the canopy for Christo's bed and will be done if I can get her back over there tonight :goodvibes :goodvibes I also have to get the clothes out of the dryer and may be able to finish up the last 2 loads :laundy: :woohoo:

Tomorrow is MAJOR packing boxes day :scared: I know I can...I know I can...I know I can...sorry just have to get myself motivated

Sorry Michele about not going on the Godfrey Tours...I promise that if Chris was older and If I trusted that he would be ok with the tour being that long...I would have gone but that was a worry that I had from the very beginning...he isnt good for sitting very long...:scared:

Ok Cruise Question:
Mike wants to go to Meagans Bay...Is this at St.Thomas or St.Maarten and how far away would this be??? I know I can look this up..and probably should myself but I am being tired and lazy tonight...i have a ton of stuff to do and I am trying to think of the best way to put it all off...oh I mean get it all done

Ok Cruise Question:

It is St Marteen. I am not sure how far, but it's not bad. My Assistant Pastor's daughter and her husband did a Carnival Cruise this summer and they went there. They just took a taxi, stayed as long as they wanted and then caught another taxi back. They said they loved it.

Congrats Allen :cool1: :thumbsup2 But Did you say BAG as in PLURAL...ONE???? **Sigh...as I look over at my 4 bags for 3 of us....(of course 2 are dufflebags (one has just FE stuff in it) and 1 garment bag :rolleyes1

I am packed and my bag weighs 44 pounds!!!!!pirate:

This is why I drive everywhere I possibly can. I have one large suitcase (probably 75 lb) Two medium suitcases (30-40 lb) and one overnight bag (a good 30 lb) Of course one of the medium cases only has candy and Mountain Dew in it. The overnight has all the bathroom stuff. I kept it separate because we will need it at the Radisson and the on the Cruise.

Besides those, we have one duffle bag that has the stuff we will use at the Radisson but not take to the ship with us.

A girl after my own heart. I can go out of town for the weekend and end up with two bags!

I decided that putting the FE stuff in a case was a good idea. We can use that empty case to bring back all the stuff we buy.

We are still thinking of what we are going to do at St Maarten.

CRUISE QUESTION

Does anyone know what time the bridge goes up and slows down the traffic? We may want to make a loop around the island and were trying to finalize plans. Thanks

HI Candy!!!!!!!!!!!
they open the bridge a few times a day...once in the morning and once the the afternoon around 3 or 4. We are renting a car there too and plan on going counter clock wise around the island and getting to Maho beach early afternoon.

Thank you so much Gail...I appreciate it and so does Mike. He said he definantly wants to do that :goodvibes :goodvibes

Well I hate to cut this short tonight (I will check back in LATER but I am sure most IF not everyone will be asleep ) but I need to go and head over to the new house to get things done. Tomorrow will be my last full day here :goodvibes :woohoo: Now I will be crossing my fingers that I get a lot done :rolleyes1

G'night to all of you who will be in bed before I return :cloud9:

Good Night Shauna. I'm going to. I have a couple small things left to do tonight and then I'm heading to bed. You guys just about killed me last night.

Great I had a long post here and I hit something when I wasnt looking and now its gone :scared1:

How is everyone doing today? Good I hope.

Gail- You really got me to thinking...your a bad influence on me :lmao: I know that Godfrey tours are a good and reliable source (only from the lovely people on here) but I started to get worried about Chris and doing the LONG tour thru them...with like you said...places that are not of very much interest to us. :rolleyes1 I really only wanted to do Coral world Myself and so thanks to you...I went to the Disney Cruise line website and decided to book thru them. Its earlier than what we would have gone but I think that Chris will do much better because it isnt all day long and its to a place that he will love (he loves Fish) so we will be with you on the Disney Excursion...Hope you dont mind  :thumbsup2

Shauna and Gail........
just in case you have missed it on Godfrey Tours on his website...he does a shopping and beach trip only. He wont go all over the place except shopping and beach of your choice. Here's what I booked....Tour 2 with one hour of shopping and then he brings us to Coki beach for 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TOUR TWO
Shopping and Beach Trip Only
$25.00 Per Person
To all my guests,
Rember we do the shopping part of the tour first thing in the morning, so please choose a time based on how long you want to shop.

If you want three (3) hours of shopping, we will pick you up at the ship at 9:00 am ship-time.
If you want two (2) hours of shopping, we will pick you up at the ship at 10:00 am ship-time.
If you want one (1) hour of shopping, we will pick you up at the ship at 11:00 am ship-time.

We will leave the downtown shopping area at 12 noon and take you directly to Sapphire Beach, or Coki Beach for three (3) hours of fun and will have you back to the ship at 4:00 pm ship-time. We accept Cash or Travelers Checks upon arrival. All your purchases will be secured in front of the tour bus or you can rent lockers on the beach for $5.00 dollars. There are no enterance fees for Coki Beach or Sapphire Beach.

Sapphire Beach ranks #5; it is a beautiful place that is not crowded and is very
quiet. You can lay-out, swim, snorkel, power sail or jet ski. There are lots of trees
if you don't desire to be in the sun for three (3) hours, two (2) restaurants/bars on
the beach, clean restrooms, fresh water showers, swimming pool and no vendors.

At Coki Beach the water is crystal clear. When I say crystal clear I mean if you drop a pin in the water you can see it at the bottom of the ocean. Coki Beach is three times clearer than Magens Bay Beach. At Coki Beach you can swim, snorkel, jet ski, para sail, scuba dive and get some sun. Coki Beach hosts the worlds famous Coral World Marine Park.
