Great! Halloween was too fun, although we weren't able to make it to BigRed's Party. We came home from town and I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow at 9:15!!!

Great! Halloween was too fun, although we weren't able to make it to BigRed's Party. We came home from town and I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow at 9:15!!!

I think I may have finally caught up on sleep from the cruise, but this week at school has been off schedule so that makes the kids a little cuckoo....which makes me tired.

I'm trying to go to bed every night as early as I can..........

Gail, you brought me chuckles. How do you think I feel finding out Michelle was trying to arrange a Spam meal for me whilst on the cruise? I would have taken it in a heartbeat! I got 3 packs of single serve Spam and brought one to work. I assembles my sandwich at work! I'd say it's the best sandwich ever but some would argue. Take one of the guys I work with, he still brings half a loaf of bread, some PB and J and he argues he has the best sandwiches ever!

I'll take the PB&J, thank you very much! LOL Spam was okay, but unless Connor askes for it, I probably won't make it again. Although, we could try the other flavors and the low sodium. I thought it was just too salty.

The Lava cake recipe makes about six of the small dishes.. It is sooo YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really? wow, just doesn't seem like enough ingredients! I might have to try it!

We had a really nice time at Mary and Allen's last night! They had a good crowd and the house was decorated incredibly spooky (every room and outside)!!! Mary's Cheesburger soup was awsome... made with ground turkey instead of beef. Everyone was commenting how good it was! Allen's chilli was good I guess, but it had beef in it so I didn't eat it. I made the Oreo Orgy for dessert! Not one drop of it left.

I have one to share. I was eating this yesterday at the truck club meet. It was SO good and SO easy!

Cracker Cookies
In a jelly roll pan, lined with foil and sprayed with Pam, lay a layer of Saltine crackers. Meanwhile, Melt 2 sticks of butter and 1/2 cup of sugar. when melted, pour over crackers. Bake in 350 oven for about 5-7 mins. Remove. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Return to oven to melt. when soft, remove and spread across crackers. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Place in fridge..or freezer if in a hurry!! Once cooled, remove from fridge and break up. Store in air tight container.

I thought a great option would be to use both chocolate chips and reeses peanut butter chips! Or add coconut with chopped walnuts or pecans! The options are endless!!

I didn't read through the entire thread, but WHY would they not be able to tag the beach photos to your photopass card? If everyone got one of those cards like you get at the waterparks...one with the bungee cord/bracelets on it...then everyone would have their cards with them? In the parks, it doesn't matter where you are, all the photos go to your photopass. why would this be any different on the cruise?? Seems wierd to me?

For Halloween, Connor borrowed my friend's Dad's Ghillie jacket. He LOVED this thing and I am pretty sure we are going to get him his own for Christmas. Here he is in the jacket. Oh, and on Monday for the band concert, he won for "Most Original". He won a small plastic skull that glows in the dark. HE thinks it's totally cool. Kozmo thinks it's just an odd shaped ball and is carrying it around the house! LOL

Since this is the first Halloween that he has had braces, we had to sort all the candy and only keep what he can eat. I gave my friend all the other stuff for her DH to take to work. This is all he had left!! 31 pieces!
