I was thinking the same thing...Its like saying "I will be there between noon and the time you go to bed" And here I was thinking that they would give me an actual time that I could work with and then be able to go home to finish getting things done

no kidding........then just hope they actually make it there that day!!!! it happens here that sometimes they will get so busy that even if they are suppose to show up, they don't!!!!!!
