Tell her that you know me and she'll take care of you!!!!;) ;)

I mentioned in the first e-mail, the one she didn't get, that I got her e-mail from you, but I can't remember if I included it in the second e-mail or not.

Thanks, but that is what I was trying to do. That's why I was asking the questions about the ones who weren't posting. I was wanting to include Laura's familiy, and feel bad because I can't, but I ordered stuff and I checked and it's too late to order more and get them before I leave on the 7th. The thought was if someone on the list had changed their plans and was no longer going, I could add Laura's family by giving them one I already have. But, Nancy has been in contact with everyone and everyone is still going.

Gotcha....I guess you could always just pick up something different than what you ordered. I don't know,,,,something small and easy????

Hey Gail- I seen that you tried to wait up...Thank you. I got on just a little too late :sad1: But thank you so kindly for the thought
Hello Julie! I am surprised that you and Shauna are awake yet. You girls pulled a late nighter.
Yea we both are night owls...we dont go to bed very early (can you tell)

Shauna, it is great news that you guys are moving. I hate packing boxes and boxes and boxes....UGH!!!! It is still exciting for you all though. Fortunately we have been in the same house since 1990. Now when we do end up moving, it is going to be with about 25-30 years of accumulated "stuff." Not looking forward to that.
Thank you...yea I think that is the worst part of moving...packing and unpacking everything (and then tryin to figure out where to put everything) :lmao: I dont look forward to the packing things up each day :rolleyes1

Hi Mom  How are you doing???

I am on here but looking at room ideas (Disney of course) on other sites...I need to try to get some ideas of how I want to do the rooms in the new place...I am thinking of the classic Mickey (black and white) for our bedroom...Cars still for Christo's room (he loves cars...but I need a different design for his room, so it isnt the same old stuff) and Castles for the main Bathroom (I LOVE castles) and then just basic Disney in living room....and not sure for guest room and other bathroom Any ideas????

When you get done with that place you can rent it out as a new Disney Vacation Club Resort. Do it while you are gone on vacation and use the money they pay you to pay for your vacations.:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Merkie has always had Disney rooms, but now she says she is ready to give it up. She wants crazy color block walls witha bright orange and fuchsia (spelling?) bed set.

Guys I just can't get happy with my t-shirts. I have bought shirts three times. The designs are sticking good and smooth on these last ones I bought, but it looks like an old patch on the shirt. You know what I mean, a patch like you put over a hole in a pair of jeans. Should I try another brand of transfers or is this how everyone's look.

I just noticed the time. I have to run and pick Merkie up. She academic team practice after school until 4:00. She'll be mad if I'm not there right when they get done.

I want to make sure that everyone who steps foot into the house knows how much I like Disney :lmao: I was thinking of going with the LIME GREEN themed room but figured that would be a little too much :rotfl2: (just kidding...about going for that color room)

Hey that is a great idea of renting it out as Disney vacation club resort....hmmm :scratchin

Talk to you later Gail...dont wanna make Merkie mad :sad2:

I think you got the transfer that you iron the whole thing on!!! Get one that tells you to print it on mirror image and gives you directions to peel the back off!!! If you have the one I think you do, it totally looks like a patch!! I hope this helps!!

Actually , at one time you could pay admission to go see her cause she had a zoo. (Shauna) Now she doesnt have all of her diffrent kinds of animals anymore, it can be a Disney house. I think I could handle this last one better. hehehehe can we help Shauna? You know how I love Disney. I have a Disney Kitchen. Even my counters and cabnets, everything is Disney. This sounds fun.

I used the Wilton iron ons for dark fabric. It works on the white shirts as well. You just have to trim around the design. If not you'll get a white background.

Here's a picture of the shirt I made for our last cruise. I don't have a picture of the one on white and lighter fabric. I have put them on lime green, white, yellow, canvas so far. I had bought the one for lighter fabric and it came out very pale looking for some reason. The one for the dark fabric you don't have to mirror the image. The backing was really easy to peel off on the Wilton ones I used. Hope that helps.

Judy- Thanks for sharing..those shirts look nice from your last cruise..:thumbsup2

Mom- Of course you can help...I am trying to get a few ideas in my head now of how I would like the rooms...but I am open to suggestions...I think because the bathroom is already that gorgeous blue, I will stick with the castle theme in there (dont need much but maybe a very gorgeous castle framed pic (I can come up with that) and I found a cute castle night light on ebay :goodvibes :goodvibes so that will be all that room really needs (unless I can find a cute castle shower curtain :confused3 )

Unless you have your daddy paint a picture of a castle behind the tolet on the wall or something like that. That would be cute.

Shauna-

By the way, congrats on the house. How's the packing going? I wish I could do my house totally Disney. I do have alot of artwork and such. The house we are in now is just too small (1950's Florida home-not like the new ones I was accustomed to in Kendall). We are getting ready to redo one of the bathrooms, expand the living room to make the extra space a play room for the boys. We also have to redo the cage for the patio and having the pool resurfaced. I wanted the Disney Kohler faucets and sink for the bathroom and found out they are discontinued. I can't find them anywhere.
Two of my boys share a room. One has a Star Wars side of the room and the other has Wiggles. My middle son has his room combined with our office. He has a Spongebob room.

Thank you Judy...Yea this one is an older house as well but still..it will be easier for us to do the whole Disney thing at once while we first move in...rather than to redu the house once we have everything in there...Im sure we wont finish everything before we are moved in...but at least we can move the boxes from room to room instead of having to pack things up once again :thumbsup2 Im not sure how DISNEY the house will get...I just mainly want disney things here and there...not top to bottom (although the general theme thru the whole house will be Disney :lmao: ) The most Disney room will probably be Christo's room (and he is CARS CRAZY) so that fits him  Thats cool about your sons rooms...Oh STAR WARS..My DH and sis would LOVE that one!! They are both into star wars!

Mom- I dont think that there isnt anyplace really behind the toilet for a mural..:confused3 .i have a stick up Castle mural that I bought when I was up at AC Moore with you guys that one time...I still have it (unopened) so that will most likely go in there :rolleyes1

Oh yea, that would be fantastic.
Hey Im gonna call you. I have something really neat to tell you. But I dont know if you wanna do it or not. I will call and tell you anyways. Chris isnt asleep is he?

I'm back. So I did buy the wrong thing. The ones I have you print it out, lay it on the shirt, cover it with a piece of wax like paper that comes with the transfers and iron. It looks like a patch or a sticker or something. I will go back to walmart and see if they have ones that print mirror image.

Now, Merkie would like teh zoo home. She loves animals. She'd have two of every animal in the world if I would let her. Hey she needed to have been on Noah's Ark.

The Disney house sounds great to. I'm just jealous that I didn't think of it first.

These look great! Maybe what it needs is the red ring around it. The transfer part is a different white than the shirt and it really does just look like a patch. I think I'll try the mirror image transfers and if that doesn't work, I think I'll try putting a red ring around it.

I am a little smart though. I am going to keep these shirts to practice on and I'm not ironing anything on the next ones I buy until I know that I'll be happy with the results. This is getting to be very expensive.
