I am just poking my head up to say HI EVERYONE.
Hello Julie! I am surprised that you and Shauna are awake yet. You girls pulled a late nighter.

Thanks, but that is what I was trying to do. That's why I was asking the questions about the ones who weren't posting. I was wanting to include Laura's familiy, and feel bad because I can't, but I ordered stuff and I checked and it's too late to order more and get them before I leave on the 7th. The thought was if someone on the list had changed their plans and was no longer going, I could add Laura's family by giving them one I already have. But, Nancy has been in contact with everyone and everyone is still going.
Yea we both are night owls...we dont go to bed very early (can you tell)Hello Julie! I am surprised that you and Shauna are awake yet. You girls pulled a late nighter.
Thank you...yea I think that is the worst part of moving...packing and unpacking everything (and then tryin to figure out where to put everything)Shauna, it is great news that you guys are moving. I hate packing boxes and boxes and boxes....UGH!!!! It is still exciting for you all though. Fortunately we have been in the same house since 1990. Now when we do end up moving, it is going to be with about 25-30 years of accumulated "stuff." Not looking forward to that.
I am on here but looking at room ideas (Disney of course) on other sites...I need to try to get some ideas of how I want to do the rooms in the new place...I am thinking of the classic Mickey (black and white) for our bedroom...Cars still for Christo's room (he loves cars...but I need a different design for his room, so it isnt the same old stuff) and Castles for the main Bathroom (I LOVE castles) and then just basic Disney in living room....and not sure for guest room and other bathroom Any ideas????
When you get done with that place you can rent it out as a new Disney Vacation Club Resort. Do it while you are gone on vacation and use the money they pay you to pay for your vacations.
Merkie has always had Disney rooms, but now she says she is ready to give it up. She wants crazy color block walls witha bright orange and fuchsia (spelling?) bed set.
Guys I just can't get happy with my t-shirts. I have bought shirts three times. The designs are sticking good and smooth on these last ones I bought, but it looks like an old patch on the shirt. You know what I mean, a patch like you put over a hole in a pair of jeans. Should I try another brand of transfers or is this how everyone's look.

Shauna-
By the way, congrats on the house. How's the packing going? I wish I could do my house totally Disney. I do have alot of artwork and such. The house we are in now is just too small (1950's Florida home-not like the new ones I was accustomed to in Kendall). We are getting ready to redo one of the bathrooms, expand the living room to make the extra space a play room for the boys. We also have to redo the cage for the patio and having the pool resurfaced. I wanted the Disney Kohler faucets and sink for the bathroom and found out they are discontinued. I can't find them anywhere.
Two of my boys share a room. One has a Star Wars side of the room and the other has Wiggles. My middle son has his room combined with our office. He has a Spongebob room.
Thank you Judy...Yea this one is an older house as well but still..it will be easier for us to do the whole Disney thing at once while we first move in...rather than to redu the house once we have everything in there...Im sure we wont finish everything before we are moved in...but at least we can move the boxes from room to room instead of having to pack things up once againIm not sure how DISNEY the house will get...I just mainly want disney things here and there...not top to bottom (although the general theme thru the whole house will be Disney
) The most Disney room will probably be Christo's room (and he is CARS CRAZY) so that fits him
Thats cool about your sons rooms...Oh STAR WARS..My DH and sis would LOVE that one!! They are both into star wars!
Mom- I dont think that there isnt anyplace really behind the toilet for a mural...i have a stick up Castle mural that I bought when I was up at AC Moore with you guys that one time...I still have it (unopened) so that will most likely go in there

I think you got the transfer that you iron the whole thing on!!! Get one that tells you to print it on mirror image and gives you directions to peel the back off!!! If you have the one I think you do, it totally looks like a patch!! I hope this helps!!
Actually , at one time you could pay admission to go see her cause she had a zoo. (Shauna) Now she doesnt have all of her diffrent kinds of animals anymore, it can be a Disney house. I think I could handle this last one better. hehehehe can we help Shauna? You know how I love Disney. I have a Disney Kitchen. Even my counters and cabnets, everything is Disney. This sounds fun.
I used the Wilton iron ons for dark fabric. It works on the white shirts as well. You just have to trim around the design. If not you'll get a white background.

Here's a picture of the shirt I made for our last cruise. I don't have a picture of the one on white and lighter fabric. I have put them on lime green, white, yellow, canvas so far. I had bought the one for lighter fabric and it came out very pale looking for some reason. The one for the dark fabric you don't have to mirror the image. The backing was really easy to peel off on the Wilton ones I used. Hope that helps.
