Hi Shauna! I pray that you will have nothing but good weather for your trip.

We had grilled chicken, broccoli and rice for dinner. Merkie is back home, so I am back to cooking. I hate cooking and I'm not any good at it.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! these people would not have gotten away with this if they had screamed in my face like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is a horrible story!!!!!!! and yes we are flying with them for the first time for the cruise!!!!!!! they better behave LOL

OMG how can people be so rude...That was definantly uncalled for on Airtrams side...And the sad part is that they are getting away with it I would have gathered up all the people that witnessed it and then called the local news station or police or something to file a suit against the lady (actually who am I kidding...I would be terrified and probably crying in the corner) But IF I didnt suffer from Anxiety and being extremely shy...then I would

To be honest. I work for an airline and I've had passengers yell at me. I'm a mechanic, planes break, we fix them. Not always that simple. Ticket agents and flight attendants get the worst of it, most of us would never see it but when I've had the same airplane break on me 3 times. People get ticked off and they vent. I would never release an airplane back into service until it can get you to your destination safely. The wording on every maintenance release basically tells you if you sign it and lie you will go to jail.
I can't comment on a ticket agent's actions, I only know what some of us go through on a daily basis and there is usually more than one side to a story...

Yup, I used to watch Airline on A&E when that was on. PPl can be real doozies. And there is always more than 1 side to the story.

I watch that often as well...but only when Chris is napping :thumbsup It does show that its usually half and half...sometimes its the Airline although most times it is the passengers...But its a pretty good basis on things. I prefer the Britain airline one...they seem a lot nicer
