Well,, not to bore you with it but I had a collapase lung 5 times and had 20% of my lung removed a few years ago. So I'm not supposed to lift things that are heavier than a phone book. The other day I lifted Hanna and not thinking should not have and it has been hurting ever since. But the weather does not help me. It has rained for the last few days and was really damp last night so that can aggrivate it too...!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes,, in the winter months not strong enough... But it does take care of the pain so that I can stop coughing to catch my breath and breath deeper breaths...The dr. does take care of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
