oct trip info

How are the crowds mid october through the 1st week of november? That is when we are looking at going. Also hows the weather. Does Disney have any special stuff going on during this time?

I think crowds are fairly light at that time. Rule of thumb is if schools are in session- crowds are manageable.
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is the special event that leaps to mind for that time frame. I'm sure others will be along with more info.

We've gone Sept, August, Oct, and end of Nov, beginning of December and October by far had the absolute best weather!

Crowds were manageable.

MNSSHP is great fun; there's more info about it on the Theme Parks board and under Special Events on the DIS website.

Also there's the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot.

The crowds and weather are good. Epcot does have the Food & Wine Fest. from early Oct. - mid Nov. & MNSSHP also on certain nights in Oct. This is our favorite time of the year to go.
