Oct 28, 2007, Halloween 4-night cruise on Wonder

Got our docs yesterday. Looks like Disney has changed things a bit. I could have sworn that last time we got a separate "book" for each person. This time it was just one. MUCH smaller package.

If we don't get our docs today then I'll be e-mailing our agent again! LOL

My TA called me this morning and said ours were in. I called her on Tues, and she assured me we would get the docs on time. She said DCL has been slow lately. She had someone on Med cruise who got their docs like 2 weeks prior to sailing, and they were supposed to have them long before that. Trevor and I will pick them up Tues after preschool, that way I have a week to go over,fill out and organize.
DH is really ready for vacation, needs a break from work. Last night during my 2am coughing spell, we discussed the details of vacation, so he has some idea of what is going on. He always leaves me in charge to organize, and he gets good results !! 2 weeks from today we will be shopping at the Market Village, dining at Ohana, and then celebating at MNSSHP !! I can't believe it is so close !!

1 1/2 more weeks!!! WOOOO HOOO!!! We have so much to do still....

wow, i go on a training trip for work and i miss all the chit chat. Looks like no documents here, my baggies are not ediable. just goodies. 2 nice goodies....ummmm cant you tell i cant remember. hehe.. i know one....ahhh i remember now....a pirate rubber duckie and a pirate mini beach ball!!!

Ok so this is the run down.
meet 3 slide side of the mickey pool look for leis, then tot 30 minutes prior to the DCL tot same place as first meet.
i will have my lei on probably in the terminal so want to meet me prior you can find me. have not decided what shirt i will have on, i am sure me and DH will have on shirt that kinda match.

almost time..wooohoooo we will hit single digits this coming up week!!!

No clue what we'll be wearing since I don't even know what I'm packing yet! LOL I'll make sure we wear our leis at the terminal as well. You won't be able ot miss us! LOL

Glad to hear some of you are finally getting your documents. I was getting worried yesterday, and then mine showed up. Whew!

Things are really moving along now. YEAH !!
Still not sure what to do about the water? bring some or take chance on what the stuff on board tastes like?

How many bathing suits per person are you packing for the 4 night cruise? We may hit the beachy area one time at Poly, weather/time permitting. Not sure if I should pack 2 each or just go with one...

I'll try to remember leis at port too. We are all looking nautical. DH has a blue/red striped golf shirt, I have a navy blouse w/ a striped tank w/ an anchor. DS has a yellow tee w/ a "cruise ship" on it. It is too cute and looks like Disney boat. Only problem, shirt just fits him. Oh well, it is great for photo opts.

We are off to a parade today. Kinda cold out, but always a nice time.

I expected our docs to show up in the regular mail so I was disappointed when the mail came and there was nothing. But then I went to the chiro and came home to several packages by my door... I think it was UPS... and there it was! In a smallish, white, padded envelope, addressed to me and from the Disney Cruise Line! WOOO HOOO!!!

We're getting to the terminal fairly early since we're leaving AKL around 10 or 11ish I think. We'll be on the ship in time for lunch.

I scrambled to get to the TA before closing yesterday to get our documents. They really don't tell you much about what's going on related to Halloween. Made our luggage tags today and have started packing. DH thinks I'm nuts to be packing so early. Can't wait. Two weeks from today we'll be in Cocoa Beach!

I guess we get to the port, when we get there. Not sure what time the bus leaves Poly? I hope it is realitively early so we can be on board by like 1230. We will do a quick lunch somewhere, check Trevor in at kids club and probably see what is available at the spa. All before 3pm of course. I hope luggage makes it to the room so I can unpack some stuff prior to dinner.

What shows are you planning on seeing? if any...
I posted a question about this a few weeks ago and several people said Disney Dreams was a must see.

I have seen hercules, golden mickeys and Disney Dreams. Yes disney dream is a must. We are skipping golden mickeys this year. We planned our Palo for that night.

Bathing suits: I'll probably pack 2 for each of us. I doubt we'll have a chance to use the pool at the hotel but I know Jackie can't wait for the Mickey pool!

Shows: I think, as long as the kids are up to it, we'll try to see all of them. We loved Hercules and Disney Dreams when we went on our Disneymoon 5 years ago and I know the kids will love them now too!

WE'RE IN SINGLE DIGITS TODAY!! WE LEAVE IN 9 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta do some soon! LOL

wow, less than 14 days now!!!!! I was suppose to be on the one that goes out today but we changed it. I keep thinking i should be there now. To be honest i am glad i am with this group, their meet thread kinda died out!! I cant wait!!

Two weeks from tonight we will be some where on water living the dream!! I still have all the packing to do, gotta buy shoes... and a hundred more things!! but still here I sit Yeah, DS comes home this week! Can't wait to see him again The other one will be glad to see him too. help on chores!! I think we are trying to get to the terminal for about 9am, depends on Mom-in-law, she's our ride Bringing 2 bathing suits, one will always be dry Not sure what shows we are goin to, will check the navagator with DH when we get there! All right, I guess it's time to play with the kitties! glad someone likes that game! not me Are we there yet??????????????? have a nice day every one!
