Oceanview Inn Room at Vero at 7/mth window during Dream Season?

What are my chances? I am thinking about booking at OKW or BWV for next Jan. and then switching to VB at 7 month window. Is Jan. extremely popular at Vero? And do these oceanview inn rooms go quickly? Thanks
