what is the latest rule? Allears has 9 at BLT 2 bedroom (8 and 1 under 3). I thought it was 9 now and 1 under 3.
David's has 9 for a 2 bedroom at all but BCV. How does that work? Is it 9 adults or 8 and 1 under 3

Here's my way to check if I ever have a question - select the room for booking, enter 9 adults plus 1 under 3 and see what you get.

However at WDW for all dedicated 2BR's except CCV you can book 9 adults plus 1 under 3. But you won't get sleeping surfaces at all locations - BCV, SSR, VWL all only have sleeping spaces for 8 and you have to provide the bed and bedding for #9. The infant would have the pack and play.

2BR lockoffs get even more complicated as in most cases the 2BR lockoffs also allow 9 plus an infant (but not Value villas at Jambo and not CCV) however at VGF you can book 10 plus 1 under 3 should you be so inclined. But some of the lock-offs will have sleeping space for 9 - I'm thinking only SSR will not. The 9th sleeping surface for a lock-off is the murphy bed at BWV, BCV, VWL and VGF. And the 10th sleeping surface in VGF lock-off happens because both studios and 1BR's there have the murphy beds. The 9th sleeping surface at OKW, BLT and Kidani is the sleeper chair just as it is for the dedicated 2BR's at those locations.

That seems to list the sleeping surfaces, not the occupancy. BCV dedicated 2BR does allow 9 booked into the room but it lists "sleeps 8". I don't think I've ever seen any place it lists occupancy other than on the booking engine.
