Occupancy of 13 in Aulani 3 Bedroom Villa?

Hello,

We have three families planning to share an Aulani 3 Bedroom Villa this summer, and I just realized the person count will be 13..will this be an issue as the 3 bedroom is rated for 12?

2 Adults + 2 Kids in Bedroom 1 (1 family, should be fine)
2 Adults + 2 toddlers in Bedroom 2 (1 family, should be fine)
2 Adults in Master Bedroom
3 Kids in Living Room (2 on Queen Sofa, 1 on sleeper chair)

Is this too much, do we need to reserve another room/studio? That would be complicated as we're already stretching points on the 3 bedroom for a full week plus we have so many kids that want to be playing together and we don't want to spread them too far out.

If one of the toddlers is under 3 yo, I'm thinking you'll be ok

I think the toddler ages are 2 and 3 but, I'll have to check.

The occupancy is usually whatever the stated number is, 12 in the case of 3 bd you're talking about plus one child under age 3 using a pak n play.

You're all set with a child under 3. Have a blast!
