i went to fushion cash and i was going to sign up for the obo offer. but not really sure how obo works, kinda confused. do they send you the obo card in the mail? do have to wait to spend the money till you get the card? how do you add money on to your card? do they have access to your checking account to get the money? sorry for all the questions, went to the obo site but still did'nt get it. It must be because i have"nt had any coffee yet
