I can't remember- She either married/hooked up (not sure?) that nice police officer that took her home from the bus station.
I couldn't watch the whole movie- kinda boring to me.

Jennifer Aniston gets together with the officer and at the very end the little girl is in a program and the whole family/group comes to see her. Everyone has hooked up with someone different, but they are all still together for the little girl.
