Obessive planners ahoy....

Esp. those going in December. Am I the only one whose planning around the building of Yak and Yeti is putting a serious cramp in her plans? I can't make a lunch ADR? Do I just do CS? Then do I do another TS later? Argh.
Anybody else?

Well, I'm not going in December, but I am obsessed with planning!!! I am probably going in the spring, and I have to wait for my SIL to find out the dates she can go! So, I cannot plan unless I know my dates for sure, I can't make ADRs or anything. It is driving me mad. But, I am checking everyday for a new discount, (crossing fingers), But I do feel your pain! LOL

Well, at least for me, planning is part of the fun.

January here and it's driving me CRAZY!! I finally gave in and made a reservation at Rainforest just in case (I fully intend to cancel it if Y&Y opens -- not starting THAT debate ) but Miss Obsessive (me) is going crazy. It's the only reservation that I'm not sure about.

I will confess that I am an extreme planner. I will be staying off-site for Christmas. My bags have been pack since June, my Christmas decorations are boxed, and my Christmas presents are wrapped. Last week I started two scrapbooks for the trip. The only thing left to do is buy more Disney Dollars. I have to wait until my Christmas Club fund has been released. I don't have control over that otherwise I would have purchased the Disney Dollars already.

I like to think that I am somewhat organized. You know?

I'm here with ya too! Going Dec. 2-8th. Have ADR and get on here at least once a day. Started packing, but still looking for more to pack. Starting to learn to sew, so I can do custom Disney outfits for the fam. Dumb question: What is Yack and Yeti?

i'm with you all...i'm a little disgruntled this week though because we had to change our trip from Jan 4 to 7 to March 14 - 17 because DH has some certification tests to take in January....i guess this gives me more time to plan obsessively!

Extreme Planner!!
Here I am...I have gotten a little crazy with all the WDW planning for our october trip! I think I am dring my DH totally nuts! He does not want me to talk about the upcoming trip too much! He keeps shushing me! That's why I am on the DIS...I need an outlet for tips and discussions!! I love Disney! I am not sure about the new retaurant...I would keep checking back with ressies for Yak and Yetti's, if that is where you want to eat, but for now, just "pencil" in CS for lunch until you can get some ADR's for that restaurant!

Just the mention of Yack and Yeti has driving me crazy. I did not even know what it was, so I looked it up. Now I want to know more. I think I may have to get ressies for this one too! Know any details on the menu yet?

Ha! My DH is the same way. I told him I made an itinerary and you should've seen his face! I also give him a daily countdown as well. It drives him absolutely nuts. At least we have the Dis Boards - we can all relate to the excitement and over planning. It's great!!

I am so excited to be ready for WDW in 3 weeks! So awesome! I feel anxiety about going, though! I am hoping that everything will work out around my overplanned days! I know my dd12 will cooperate with the BIG plan, while we are there, but I am hoping that ds2 does not put a major kink in our itenerary! We are all really excited! DD12 is SUPEr excited! We ahve not been to WDW since she was 6! I ahve never taken a child so young, as ds2...I really am just hoping that he can make it through the lines to ride the rides!!!!! Does anyone have experience with very little ones and the lines????

We went in January with my 2year old daughter and my husband and I refused to wait in a line longer than 20 min with her. She did GREAT!!! We did the Fastpass when we could and you just have to kind of go with the flow. The best thing I had bought for the trip was one of those child leashes for her. I'll tell you what, consider getting one if you don't have one already. It freaks me out to think how fast they can get away from you and get lost. GOOD LUCK!!
