OBB using points questions

Did a search and could not find anything. I called Member services a few weeks ago and asked if we still got a discount using points if we booked onboard. I was told no. Does anyone know if this is correct? If I booked a future cruise while onboard and decided to use points, would there be a points discount? Thanks!

If you mean DVC points, then no, there is no discount available for doing a DVC points booking onboard. I'm not even sure the onboard booking people are able to handle DVC points bookings, though you can certainly ask.
