Oasis in Dec '17 with 80yrs Grandma and 11yrs+ teen HELP

We are taking our two boys (11 and 15) and MIL (80 years) to Oasis of the Sea for the Christmas cruise (two stops - Falmouth, Jamaica and Cozumel, Mexico). I am looking for excursion that everyone will enjoy and it seems to be an impossible task! Love to hear your suggestion and experience! Thanks in advance!!

This is a tough one. I’m not sure there’s anything in Jamaica that would be compatible with everyone that is also close by.

For Cozumel Matt at the rcblog was just there and went to nachi cocom. Seems like a nice spot.

In Jamaica we did horseback riding which doesn't help you, and in Cozumel we booked the dolphin swim privately (better package for the price) if your MIL didn't want to do the actual swim, she could watch from the shore while you do that?
