Oakwater Resort???

I've done a search, and haven't come up with much on here. I know that this is new, but anyone have an opinion? The location looks great. We have stayed at EI, TV and WP, so I'm pretty familiar with most of the communities.

So, I would love to hear about your experiences there! Also, is that fountain something that the kids can play in, or is it just decorative?
