Has anyone heard of this place? I know it is new, but I cannot find one review of it. It is a gated condo community right off 192 in Kissimmee. Mostly I am concerned that it is still under construction/amenities not functioning yet? Any information will be appreciated. TIA.

Just did a google search for this resort as never come across it before. It does look lovely but as you say it might still be under construction in places. Hopefully someone will be able to update you :goodvibes

I called the facility and they say that construction is complete and everything is up and running, so I took a chance and booked it for 5 nights next month. Approx $72 per night through bookit.com/ no cleaning fee. So for less than the cost of the Hawthorne Suite I had reserved, we will be in a 2 bed/2 bath, full kitchen, and garage. Can anyone comment on the location: 7796 W Irlo Bronson? They tout that it is very close, and it looks good on the map.

7796 W Irlo Bronson is the address for the management agency- Florida Magic Vacation Homes LLC I believe the resort is near to Windsor Hills but am willing to be corrected

A review finally showed up on Tripadvisor, and it is a good one. So no one here has actually seen this place. knows where it is? TIA.

We spent 5 nights there. The location is very good- off Old Lake Wilson Rd right across from Westgate Villas. Has problems. The gate to the gated community is not operational. Our garage was a storage unit for furniture for other units; it was not available to us. We did not have hot water our first two days. There were little tiny brown crawling bugs in the placemats on the dining table that eventually spread to the kitchen area. The mngmnt did not respond to our request for them to deal with this issue. Phone in kitchen not working. Door to the 2nd bedroom rubbed tightly against one twin bed when you opened or closed it so you really had to yank it- I'm sure this violated firecodes. Clubhouse and landscaping very lovely. As was the pool and hot tub (the hot tub had very powerful jets), yet there were buggy, bottoms looked dirty, only open until dusk. Unit itself very pretty with warm beige colored tile, walls, carpeting, and crisp white trim. Comfortable furnishings, including beds. There are very few occupied units. We saw only one maintanence man and two other occupants the whole time we were there. This place could be great with management/maintanence attention.

You might want to give a call back and mention what you have just written. If the bugs had traveled from dining room into kitchen yuck they can infest the whole home. They need a good spray and clean.

On our last day, we went to the management office and I gave them a list of all the issues, including the bugs, and I told them they were now in the kitchen. They did not appear concerned. At first I thought they were originating from the placemats, but those must have survived a previous spraying and came out to play while we were there.
