O.K.......My whole family is going through camping withdrawal......

We miss camping and Disney sooooo much we can hardly stand it.I guess since we went three times last year(April,July and December) that it makes it more difficult.We are staying offsite for a quick weekend trip in May but we really want the peace and tranquility of FW.I have a bid in to priceline right now to try and get a weekend trip in this weekend but so far no takers.I keep changing my bid a little each time in hopes that it will be accepted.If not we will hang on to May and then start planning our next camping Disney trip.Never in July again but maybe we can squeeze in an October trip........Oh well it is nice to dream.

I know exactly how you feel, we have this brand new travel trailer in the yard and we are itching to take it out for the first time, we have been calling every day for about the last 6 or so days and yesterday we lucked out, a full hook up site is available for this coming Thursday , needless to say we are very excited to break in the new trailer at Fort Wilderness..

We LOVE to camp at FW. We've been for the past 5 years. Each year we come back and say, "next year we'll take a break". Then about this time, we start talking about taking a trip. DH is saying absolutely not this year - he wants to go somewhere different. My sons and I love FW (we may just have to go without him - lol).

I know exactly what you mean. We say the same thing...this year we will take a break...yea right!
We went last summer and we are going again in June. But next summer....we will take a break. Because we are going to STone Mountain and camp and maybe go up to Tenn. (my brother leaves in Atlanta). So, we have been saying for awhile now that we would go there...so we WILL go next summer.

yahoo, we get to pick up our camper at the end of march. this means the camping season will begin very soon... where shall we go over easter???

We haven't been camping sine our Dec. trip to WDW! We are all so ready to get back out there and do some camping. We are currently looking to upgrade to a lager camper though. The problem is, our kids are growing faster then our budget! LOL
Scott, I saw your post on irvtoo, congrats on your new camper! Post some pics when you return from FW!
