NYE dining events

Does anyone know when Disney announce their New Years Eve dining events ?

In previous years they have had a special event at La Hacinda de San Angel in EPCOT which I'm really really hoping they have his year so I can book it for my family of 19. As we're coming from the U.K and as a group we have an age range of 2 to 84 I could really do with sorting it out ASAP.

I booked Monsieur Paul on 8/6 last year. I think that's about when most stuff was released. It was actually a little later than it was in 2015.
