Well the CC thing didn't work out so well - I ended up having to take a cab to downtown Orlando to get cash from the bank. It takes two days to process a new card, so by the time it got here I would have already left. The cab cost me 120.00 round trip - but at least the resort is all paid for!

Karen - Glad your CC was returned to you even if you had already cancelled it. Fingers crossed the CC company will express you a new one overnight. Sounds like BW and Atlantic Dance Hall was a good pick for NYE. The desserts look yummy in the pics

I remember you were thinking about changeing from CR , not sure about the DSA, nice that you were placed in a room near the DSA. I know when I was still smoking and we stayed at OKW it was nice having the DSA right outside the door practically. I agree nice service getting a private bus ride to POFQ

I like POFQ for the smoking sections too. OKW was nice since you could even smoke on the balcony if your neighbors smoked too. They told me to as a matter of fact. It was rather pleasant!

POFQ is very nice with the refurbs, and has some very lovely landscaping.

Very nice about PO, sorry about CR...but sounds like it was ALL GOOD!

Thank you! I have been bailed however, and am looking forward to a little bit of shopping. The promos are spend 40.00 and you can get a Castle throw for 17.95 or a folding duffel bag for 16.95. I'm thinking about the duffel bag...

Hi Karen!

The boardwalk and Atlantic Dance Hall sounded like the perfect venue for a NYE celebration! Sorry about your CC, glad FQ was so accomodating, highway robbery on the cab fare. Too bad the same pixie dust you rec'd at AK wasn't there at FQ to get you a ride to the bank.

Just wondering ... if you paid for your ressie in advance, why couldn't the payment from your CR ressie transfer to POR for payment? Am I missing something? (do you need to show the card - can't remember).

Hope you had a TERRIFIC time in the parks today. BTW it was cold here in PA (does that make you feel better? )
