NY to WDW!! A Xmas week Pre-Trip Report! UPDATE! We bought our tree!

I would much rather split the trip up, so yay for adding a day! Love the stockings too. I need to check our dollar store and see if they have any!

Thanks! If you don't find any stockings at your local dollar store, do you have a Xmas Tree Shops? I was at mine today and they had Disney stockings & santa hats with the fab 5 & ones with the princesses on them!

Updates​

I have been so busy buying Xmas gifts that my trip planning has taken a back seat! But, that changed this week! I'm back on track and here's what I've been up to:

I purchased the tree topper, tree skirt, and a small pack of ornaments. (from Target & Lowes) Also I got a tablecloth & Santa door hanger (from Xmas Tree Shops) to help decorate our room!

We are going to leave on the 20th so I booked one night in Florence, S.C. on the way down. I also booked that same hotel for the way back home! The plan is to be on the road by 2pm on the 20th. we'll have to take the kids out of school a little early that day and they will miss school on the 21st. They don't mind.

I added another ADR!! We are going to try Via Napoli in Italy on our Epcot day for dinner.

Our doggie had all her shots so she's all up to date and booked for her stay at the kennel.

Our park tickets were purchased and arrived a few days ago! I love getting Mickey mail!!!

All the kids Xmas gifts are purchased, wrapped and packed in a suitcase ready to go to WDW!!

I've started my packing list which includes everything but the kitchen sink! I just can't trust the weather so I'm packing for every scenerio! I'm going to do a seperate small overnight bag for our stay at the hotel on the way to Florida.

Our kids wrote their top three attractions they'd like to see/do on our two days at the parks. (MK & Epcot) I'm trying to get them prepared for the huge crowds & make them understand this is not a trip where we will be able to do everything.

Top three MK attractions are:
1. Haunted Mansion
2. Pirates of the Carribbean
3. Mickey's Philharmagic
*I would also really like to get on the new Little Mermaid ride!

Top three attractions for Epcot:
1. Soaring
2. Spaceship Earth
3. Maelstrom
