Question for those who have done the NY cruise with a day a WDW.
When you return to the cruise terminal how to you board the ship? Do you board through the upstairs terminal through the yellow Mickey Ears? Do you have access to the pressed penny machine in the terminal?

I don't know if anything has changed but when we did this in 2012 we walked right through the terminal into the Mickey Ears, just as if we were boarding a new cruise from PC.

I'm not sure where the pressed penny machines are but if they are in the terminal I would expect you would have access to them.

When we were there in 2014 they were directly to the left of the ears. Can't recall about our 2016 cruise. I'll have to check my pictures.

We sailed last month and they are still there. To the left of the Mickey Ears.
I wanted to know if they
re boarded like on a normal cruise. Thanks CamColt.

One perk to this that I found was we entered an almost deserted terminal. It was a great photo op at the Mickey Ears with no one else around. :)

ARRGHHH, how did I miss the pressed penny machines! :(

Last year on the Haloween crusie, we used a different terminal there, it was weird.

Which terminal was it that you used? Was it because another Disney ship was in port there too?
I remember seeing this on the PC webcam, I think it was when the Wonder just got back from dry dock in Europe and spent a couple days in PC finishing up. My daughter and I talked about how that would kind of suck for the people on the Magic to have to go to a different terminal.

Yes, the Wonder was at the normal Disney terminal, correct that it had just returned from dry dock. It didn't really suck, we just walked through it when leaving the ship and when returning at night, we didn't spend any time in the terminal. It was a lot of fun spending the day at WDW, we got back around 11:00pm.
