I know from reading the forum here that Disney's chefs go out of their way to accommodate special diets. I've already made priority seating arrangements for all of my meals during my trip next week, with special diet indicated, and called the chefs to warn them. My question is--is there any way to get nutrition information about the stuff they're serving? I'm not talking about ingredients, because I know they'll tell you all about those; I mean calories, points, whatever you want to call it. I have an eating disorder, and along with the various dietary restrictions that my nutritionist has imposed upon me, I'm unable to permit myself to eat anything unless I know how many calories it contains. I'd really like to try some of the sugar-free desserts there; O'hana's said they even have a cheesecake without sugar, and Norway has some kind of chocolate mousse, apparently. Does anyone with prior experience know if the restaurants can supply that kind of information?
Thanks.
Thanks.
