Have tried several times. All dates blocked out out. Anyone get $139 a night. I know taxes and resort fees not included. If you got this deal when did you go and what did you think of it? Thanks! CRL

The nurses rate depends on when you go, just like other rates. I got a kin room at the dolphin for 10/17-21 for $169/night. I would have liked it for our June trip, but s/d bookings are high with conventions then, so no deal

I know the rates fluctuate depending on your dates. We have had better luck with AAA rates being lower than the nurse rate on the last trip and our upcoming trip. With all taxes and fees, we paid close to $170-180/nt, I think, on our last trip for an Epcot fireworks view room with the AAA rate under some great promotion. This was for Memorial Day weekend through early June. Right now, we have a higher AAA rate for January, but hoping it will drop given that it will be a less busy time. Definitely ask about whatever the promotions are for whatever your dates are, and check back often. We really enjoyed our Dolphin stay and have an upcoming stay booked at the Swan and Polynesian (though we may still switch from Swan back to Dolphin for a repeat visit). We enjoyed the location and walking to two parks, the fantastic view and the pool areas. Our son also had a blast at the playground. We thought staying there was a great value. You just can't stay that close to the parks for a better price. The atmosphere around the Boardwalk is just so festive - we love it! Even factoring in the cost of a town car since ME isn't available with these resorts, we still did very well on price. (We also don't like the dining plan, which isn't available if you stay at Swan or Dolphin; some people love it, but it hasn't worked out to actually save our family any money and doesn't really suit our dining style.) We are really looking forward to staying there again, and have convinced my parents to try it out on this trip, as well. They are looking forward to Jellyrolls!

Good luck with your decision.

It's been at least 2 if not 3 or 4 years since I've seen the nurses/govt rate at S/D as low as $139 (for when I was lokoing anyway, not to say it hasn't been offered.) Best rate we paid there recently was $189. Still a great deal if ME & DDP aren't important to you, you get a deluxe resort in the heart of it all, for the price of a mod.

The best rate I have been able to get lately is $159 (Dolphin) for our December trip. I got the Allears rate (which was the same as the Educator). When I called for reservations I just asked which rate would be the best since we qualified for a few of them.
