Numbers on ‘It’s a Small World’ ride

There are numbers on the right side of the clock at the entrance to the small world ride in WDW and Disneyland. The numbers appear to be the same in both parks 2 5 0 1 9 7 4 8 6 3. With all the creative people involved in the design of the ride I bet the numbers meant something to at least the person who added the numbers to the design and the folks who approved the design. Wonder if any of those folks are still alive. They are the only people who know for sure.
