Number of people in a studio

I have a question....I am planning a trip in October 2007. It will be me, DH, DS, MIL and SIL. My DS is only 4, so he will be sleeping in the bed with us. Can we still rent a studio? I know that it states that it only sleeps 4, but it looks like it has a bed and a pull out couch. With DS sleeping with us, we should have enough sleeping room. Wasn't sure how strict the rules was on that. Thanks for any info!

Occupancy is 4 people plus one under three. Even then - a studio is very, very small. I think you would stop enjoying your MIL and SIL rather quickly.
