What is the earliest you all have ever started planning for your trips?

I'm trying to nail down my timeline for 2015 vacations. I feel like I am playing catch up in that we are going to WDW some friends for F&G in 2014 and we haven't set our dates yet. We are past the 11 month booking mark and I'm afraid we won't get into the resorts that we want!

Just added one more night to our trip! We will be staying at BLT on Nov 30th, and then switching over to AKV - Kidani from Dec 1 - 6. Is it a bad idea to start at BLT and then go to AKV? If I had known we would be adding an extra day, I might have done BLT at the end of our trip, but too late now. One less day to count down now

Ugh! Just realized DD has a ticket that expires late June. Off to troll the rental boards for mid-June for another girls trip!

BLT is great. It will be fun to check it out (and walk to the MK!) but then move over to AKV and settle in and relax

Thank you! That makes me feel so much better! I was thinking that BLT would be the best place for us for that first night, since my DD's singular goal in life is to go to the castle. (It's ALL about the castle with this one)

We did AKL first & BLT 2nd, but I don't think you will have any problems either way. They are both great in their own right.

We are doing the SAME split in the Fall and can't wait! I've stayed in both and they are great - you'll have a blast!!!

Has anyone heard of a evening safari for AKL guests?
I read about it somewhere, but now I can't find it.
It's not the sunrise safari or Wanyana.
It's at night and leaves from the lodge.
It sounded great!



Also- have they updated the coffee makers yet or do they still have the
Mr. Coffee type of coffee makers in the villas?
