.....sooooooo, my DH bought real estate property and gutted the entire house, for resale. There was an open house on Sunday and, needless to say, there was a LOT of traffic. This afternoon he got the best news one could get - it sold for FULL ASKING PRICE.....now for the not-so-good news: the closing as scheduled for.....wait for it.....the late afternoon of....yup, you guessed it - APRIL 5......it's like deja`vu all over again...(remember our last vacay?)

So this is perfect closing gift. Go on Saturday morning Relax when you get there , & enjoy yourselves...Stop with the little stuff & just book it...

You know you both need it, & w/ out the kids you can finally relax a lil...Especially with some Frunch & Domes right???

....as for the 'creative airfare search', I decided to look for [evening] 4/4 flights out of EWR, staying till the following Wednesday. I was gonna book one of the values and switch to AKL on Saturday, but this plan is down the toilet now.....figures that I got a really awesome price of $401 for two r/t non-stop tix out of EWR! And the flights were at really good times too...

....its gonna take MORE than frunch and domes....I've already been on the 'puter for over an hour and I cannot find any EWR flights that are non-stop...

Well here's sorta creative...Still can leave Later Friday night....Well after your closing. Here's the compromise...JFK to MCO Fri 9:40 flight MCO to EWR Wed. 9:18 pm total 2 r/t non stop = $462 a lil more but still great price...Way better than when I booked mine.

....I think it's about 2 miles east of JFK.

And yes I do know that JFK isn't Jersey, but it was a compromise...At least....He's got to give a lil Or just do JFK both ways & it'll be 400.00

....personally, I'd rather fly in and out of LGA because it's a little closer than JFK, but I don't know when the closing ENDS....

Closing shouldn't take more than an hour or so...

I'm sure the closings at 4 or 5....( 9:00 or later light should be PLENTY of time..
