A friend of mine and I periodically dare each other to start a thread where we talk about pool hopping with our mugs from a trip we took three years ago. Post about how nice it is to take a dip at the Poly after line jumping most of the day at MK (which we only did because my teenage son had to use the bathroom and I had to take him to the ladies room because I don't want him to go potty on his own - you never know what can happen at the parks).

We are official - staying at a one BR in Kidani from January 20-27, 2014. So happy to be going back.

ETA: Paula - I've never heard of a freg. According to urbandictionary.com, it's an acronym for something I can't repeat on the Dis. So my guess is someone misspelled fridge.

I only use this term in place of a four letter word that can not be on the DIS.... "Fregging" is used all around the smaller kids...

I think the poster has used the word "freg" about a dozen times at this point when referring to a refrigerator!! As far as I can tell "fridge" is the only acceptable abbreviation!!!

yall need to take a trip over to the budget boards..a few years ago when I wasn't working, that was endless entertainment!
Cooking in coffee pots (back when they had the carafe kind) and crockpots plugged in using extension cords!

The Budget Board and Disney for Families. It never fails to amaze me how contentious those sub forums get. The dining plan pros and cons threads can get heated, too.

I'm trying to remember what we kept in our full-sized fridge our last trip to Kidani. Zebra domes, I'm sure. With no fridge, the obvious solution is to not have leftovers.

yep..apparently they would put the can of condensed soup in the carafe and add a can of water to the top to heat and drip in..Trust me..they were passing around recipes of things...it was nuts!

The introduction of the pod coffee pots must have been a real downer.

I think Domes are better at room temperature anyway!

I'll have to try them both ways and see which I prefer.

They have in the past. I know I used a RO discount for CL. I don't know if they apply to suites, however.
