Now What Do I Do With These MNSSHP Tickets?

I need some help.

We were supposed to be in WDW this Sept & going to the MNSSHP on 9/29. We bought our 2 adult & 1 child tickets.

But we found out this past week, we need to move our trip. My 3 year old DS needs to have surgery on his cornea. I wont rush my DS through his recovery because this is very delicate surgery. And I cant wait for him to have the surgery, because this is his vision we are talking about.

Anyone know if I can sell the tickets or maybe return them?

Oh & if anyone can send an pixie dust and/or prayers my DS's way, that would be great! The thought of my baby having eye surgery is just terrifying to me! I am a nervous wreck.

While tickets are supposed to be non-refundable, yours is the sort of situation that begs an exception. Why not write a letter or an email detailing your dilemma and see what WDW can do? I would hope that they can help you.

I had a simular situation last year for mvmcp. My grandmother had a heart stent placed therefore I had to cancel our trip. When I called and explained the situation they refunded my money without hesitation. Hope you son operation is a sucess and a speedy recovery.

Call ticket services and they will either refund your money, let you get tickets for another night or get tickets for MVMCP. They are very easy to work with.
