Now that Wedding is Booked...

I planned an intimate add-on taking place next May. Should something come in the mail, like papers to sign, or brochures or something else? Realistically when should I be expected to hear from someone about the date? Since I had put a deposit down for the honeymoon the SM I talked with said I wouldn't need to put a deposit down, but I feel like I should have something in writing saying, "yes, Lisa you are scheduled for a wedding and not to fret!" Oy, so nervous for mishaps!

I was exactly the same as you, with being in the UK made it worse as I couldn't speak to someone face to face.

We have an intimate add on wedding booked for this December, we had confirmation of our accommodation, rang disney and booked our date. I think the co-ordinator sent out package/planning details out about a week after that, may be a bit longer. She actually emailed them to us, we never received anything in the post, but the planning pack had all our details already in. Us intimate brides don't seem to get a contract or anything similar to sign so we do have to rely on Disney actually having our booking.

If i were you if you haven't received your planning pack via email within two weeks, give them a call. We wanted to book our officiant and we needed our co-ordinators name to do this.

You will get a packet in the mail and probably several Emails and such. I got to know my coordinator very well!! Actually, I STILL keep in touch with her... Anywhoo, you will be kept in the loop and everything, don't worry!!!

It took 2 - 3 weeks before I got my planning pack so don't worry if it is a while before you hear anything.
