IT is the only department that can issue you FPs due to the program still not working. If you’ve contacted them with no results, you may want to try again with a different CM.I booked B resort last week and my 60 day window is TODAY. It is not linking up and I've been on the phone with them now for over an hour. The CM first told me that it wasn't working because this hotel can not be linked up at all. Then she said that it's not working because I am an annual pass holder and so they can't tell that I have active tickets to link the hotel. That makes absolutely no sense to me. I'm getting pretty frustrated because I could have booked ASMu, but wanted to try something different!!
About a week ago I booked a stay with Hilton Buena Vista Palace for a few days mid-April. At that time I couldn't link the reservations, but I just checked this morning and was able to do so. So hopefully the others are not too far behind.
Question for you lovely people staying at Disney Spring locations...since this is still Disney property is it still subject to the new rule about opting out of housekeeping/daily security checks? We are the type to sleep in and go to the park in the afternoon, till closing and I'm not interested in someone coming in each day and waking us/catching us as moments we'd rather not. We want to spend our dollars somewhere that respects our privacy and I'm not sure if this is far enough out of Disney or if we need to go completely offsite. TIA.

Sounds like it will work some day but just not yet. She understood that is no help for me.
Unfortunately she is unable to give any fast passes that would work for FoP - which is the only one I care about. Said no cast member can grant these.
She appreciated the feedback. It was nice to be called and at least get acknowledgement that it is an unfortunate situation.
