NOW, I'm excited!

I was so stressed while trying to choose a resort. And then I was proud of myself for making a decision booking HNY. Just as soon as I recieved my email confirmation I was having second thoughts and reservation remorse. Struggling b/c Sequoia Lodge would save me money and everyone here gave it great reviews.

I called DLP today and asked about switching. I thought for sure they'd say no, it's too late or you can switch but it'll cost you! But the representative I dealt with couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.

This afternoon I booked our airfare as well as a hotel in Paris. I feel like such a grown-up!

So now I'm REALLY excited for this trip.

Did you book internet thru the UK site or the USD site? We are trying to put our trip together for mid-May and find vastly different prices and promos....

I called the regular Disney World resevations phone number and asked to be transferred to Disneyland Paris (they have an office in Orlando). I booked through them asking to use the UK offer (better deal) and it was easy. When you call them you can just put down a deposit but if you book online you have to pay the full amount.

How exciting! The Sequoia Lodge is a great hotel so I'm sure you'll love it. We're there the week before you, also at the SL. Fingers crossed for some good weather!

This is great info! I would not have thought that the WDW number would get me to a DLP rep....now to get everyone organized so we can book by Jan 30!

We will now probably have 5 people so are looking at staying at the Explorers Hotel. The pics look nice - its a remodeled/restored manor home.

I was looking at Explorers too, it looks very kid-friendly!
