Now I’m locked out password isn’t working

We’ll just to make things better I now have a new problem. I’m still trying to change resorts but lately with my fat fingers and going to fast now I get an email that says they noticed suspicious activities and sent a link to reset my password. That alone wouldn’t be a problem but I can’t click on the link This message came through in my spam unless spam thinks it really is spam and won’t the link work. It says to call if having problems. I don’t have time to be on hold. Is there anyway to change my password. Thanks

Did you try moving the email from spam to your inbox and then clicking the link?

Some mail systems will let you mark spam messages as 'not spam'. Try that if your system allows it.

Another option is to clear all cookies & cache, restart your device and then use private or incognito to access your account.

Thanks for the great tips. I did try the first one but by the time I got through it all the link expired. I’m at work trying this on my phone I tried again and now the link /email doesn’t come through at all. MYbe I’ll have better luck on the computer at home. Thanks again
