What's it like doing a cruise in Nov? In terms of weather etc.

What about March or December as well????

We have done February and March cruises, and although it was a little cooler in Cape Canaveral, we found the Caribbean sizzling hot and the cruise was just MAGICAL: smooth crossings and wall to wall sunshine! Nat:Pinkbounc

Bump (just wanted to rotate this back up to try and get more info!!!):hyper:

I am also sailing in November this year and would love to know about the weather conditions in Orlando and The Bahamas. I need to know how to pack for a family of four. Pants, shorts, long sleeves, short sleeves, sweaters, bathing suits? HELP!:wave2:

In early november you still run the risk of hurricane season. We were melting in St. Maarten. In St. T, I don't remember it being as bad but it rained briefly, which felt good. The port was rainy and chilly the day before the cruise. CC was beautiful, the water was beautiful, life was beautiful.

Clothes wise, I'd pack a sweater or a light jacket but you may be colder in the air conditioning than outside. I wouldn't worry about long pants unless you're spending time at WDW when the possibility of a cool night does exist in November.

we cruised in nov. '03 and had fabulous weather. temps were 80's-90's and not a drop of rain at all. no humidity. we brought light sweaters and we did have long pants that we didn't need. we were on the western and we did go through a thunderstorm on the way to key west but we passed through it pretty quickly.
we were colder on the ship than we were anywhere else.

going again this nov. you'll have a great time!

Thanks everyone....well it looks like the plan has changed and that we will be more than likely doing the Western in Dec. 2005.

Any feedback on this month would be appreciated. I've heard that Dec. has the calmest waters with temps still in the mid 80's!

We will also be cruising in December 2005!! I think you are the first person that I've heard is cruising at this time also. We live in Utah, so we are not to worried about the water or air temperature being to cold.
