November Scrapbooking Challenge - Now's the Time To Meet Those Goals!

I dont get it. Do we have monthly goals and yearly goals that get us to a new level? Being fairly new at this, could you explain? You see me as 1 page away from a new level and I see me as 4 pages away from meeting monthly goal. But if its only 1 page, yeah me:cheer2: :yay:

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to confuse anyone. If you go on the 2008 board & click on the very 1st entry, you will see your total through the end of October. There are two of you or a type-o: ArizonaRita (no space) had 10. 11 pages is the beginning of the next category. Arizona Rita (space) had 16, 9 away from the next category. These are for the yearly, not monthly. I just wanted to list them here, so it would help encourage those that are close to bumping up to the next group. Either way...great job & keep it up.:cool1:

I did 10 pages last night. Nice work from everyone!

3 more for me :) I would be further but I ran out of adheisive this afternoon :(
I'm only 6 away now from moving to another level and crossing the 100 mark! Woo-Hoo.

I have had a long day working on a Christmas gift. I got 28 pages done, every page had 2 paper dolls on it but I know my niece will love it.

I have been doing books for my nieces and newphews for Christmas. I did one of community Workers for my nephew- using paper dolls and other items to show different jobs people hold. I also did a transportation book. Names of vehicles and their shapes. I cut the vehicles from cricut and the words are printed or cut on each page.

I am still working on getting all the files together for counting books for the girls. I have about 5 characters in craftrobo files but I am using the piggy tales flap book. I am going to use one Seasame Street character on each page. Inside the flaps I am going to do some addition/subtraction problems. I don't have specific items for each character yet but probably something to do with the character- so Cookie Monster will have cookies, Ernie will have rubber ducks, Oscar will have pieces of trash. I am not sure about the others.

I just was working on some things I had packaged up for SDV that I didn't get to this August- I was working on some pictures from a trip to Colorado, Philladelphia, and a Mini Golf page from a trip to Disney a couple of years ago.

I find that if I don't feel like actually scrapping but want to do some work I can work on kitting up pages so I don't have as much work to do when I am ready to sit down and work. Other times I will work on typing stories/journaling into the computer so when I finish a couple of pages I can print them out on velum and my journaling is ready for pages I have kitted. At other times i work on making my titles for the kits I don't have them for (I use lots of swap supplies)- either choosing stickers or cutting letters so again they are ready for when I want to scrap.

This means that when I want to put pages together I already have everything ready and I can just put pages together while I watch TV.

2 more for me, I went to a crop last night. I didn't get to stay long, but a little bit is better than nothing. That's probably it for the month, we leave for WDW on Wednesday and won't be back until 11/30.

Rita

Yippie your on the board & you too, logan&tylersmama
And rlovew way to move to the next level. Congrats.

I need some inspiration. Anyone feel like sharing what they are working on?

Prior to this month, I had not scrapped any family pages since 2006. I started with November 2008 and am working my way backwards. I am now at March 2008. I am pleased with my progress. Swap items have been a big help. This challenge thread is big help too. My ultimate goal is to stay current and keep working backwards.

I started workinh on them at 7:30am worked until 9, started back up at 10 and worked until 3:45- I finished the first set of pages then. Later in the evening I sat down and did pages I already had kitted while watching tv with dh.

Way to go!! Photos?

I finshed the communion pages. I am so relieved to be finished with that event. 2 more pages for me.

Forgot to take pics of the inserts. It's already packed and ready to go to the new home. They are really cute with the paper & more of the tag stickers.
